Privacy Policy — jet66 HRMS

In short. This app exists so that employees can see their own attendance, leave and pay, and so their managers can act on requests. It holds employment records because that is what it is for. It does not sell anything to anybody, it shows no advertising, and it does not track you when you are not using it. Your location is read at the moment you mark attendance and at no other time.

Who is responsible for your data

Your employer decides what is recorded about you and for how long. They are the data fiduciary, and questions about your own record should go to your HR team first — they can see and change it; we cannot do so on your behalf.

Curtina Technologies Private Limited (Panipat, Haryana, India) builds and operates the software as a data processor for your employer. We act on their instructions and do not use your data for our own purposes.

What the app collects, and why

What the app does not do

It does not track your location in the background, or while you are not marking attendance.
It does not read your photo library, contacts, messages, call log or other apps.
It does not use advertising identifiers, and it carries no advertising or analytics SDK.
It does not record audio or video. The camera component it uses is capable of it, which is why Android and iOS mention a microphone; this app only ever takes still photographs.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. A small number of service providers necessarily handle specific pieces of it so that the app can work:

Everything else stays on your employer's own installation. We will disclose data to a public authority only where the law requires it.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Data is held on servers operated for your employer's installation. Employment records — attendance, leave, payroll — are kept for as long as your employer's own retention rules and Indian statutory requirements demand, which is typically several years after employment ends. That period is your employer's decision, not ours.

Sign-in tokens expire after 180 days or when you sign out. A one-time code expires in 10 minutes.

Security

Everything between the app and the server travels over HTTPS. The app refuses to use an unencrypted connection at all.
Your sign-in token is held in the Android Keystore or the iOS Keychain, not in ordinary app storage.
Passwords and PINs are stored only as one-way hashes; nobody, including us, can read them back.
Access inside the HRMS is limited by role, so a person can only see the companies and records their account permits.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to see the personal data held about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and in defined circumstances to have it erased. You may also nominate someone to exercise those rights on your behalf.

Because your employer decides what is held, ask your HR team first — they can act immediately. If you cannot reach a resolution that way, write to us at the address below and we will help your employer respond.

Deleting your data

The app does not let you create an account; your employer creates it. To have your account closed and your personal data erased, ask your HR team, or write to support@attnlog.in with your name, employer and employee code. Records your employer is legally required to keep — payroll and statutory attendance among them — cannot be erased before that period ends, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Children

This is a workplace application and is not directed at children. Accounts are created by employers for people they employ.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the current version is always published at this address.
